Valerio is a funny, affectionate little dog with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. He was found on the streets alongside an older German Shepherd, and the two shared a beautiful, inseparable bond - like mother and son. Even at the shelter, they stayed side by side, offering each other comfort and companionship through uncertain times. While his companion Valeria has since found a loving home, Valerio is still waiting for his turn.

Despite everything, he has kept his cheerful and playful spirit. He adores people, enjoys attention, and brings a lightness wherever he goes. His curious and clever nature makes him a joy to be around, and he walks beautifully on the lead, making outings easy and relaxed. Like many Bodegueros, he does have a natural hunting instinct, so he’ll need a little guidance and patience as he settles into home life, especially when it comes to off-lead freedom.
