Piri is one of our longest residents — found on the street as a very scared and overwhelmed young dog, she has spent more than a decade in the shelter. Life outside APASA is something she’s never truly known, but we still believe there’s someone out there who can show her what it means to feel safe and loved in a real home.

She is nervous with strangers and doesn’t trust easily, but once the ice is broken, she walks well on the lead and can coexist with calm male dogs. Piri needs time, patience, and someone who won’t rush her but will simply be there, gently guiding her into a new chapter.

As one of our senior dogs, Piri is part of our Foster Program — all vet expenses are covered through our designated vet, easing the burden for anyone who opens their home and heart to her.

After all these years behind shelter gates, Piri deserves to discover the comfort of a warm bed, soft voices, and quiet love.
