APASA is a non-profit organisation that relies on contributions and donations from supporters, local fundraising events, sales from our second-hand shop, and partial funding from the Ayuntamiento de Xàbia (Town Hall). These contributions are essential for our daily operations.
Each day, we care for our dogs who need food, veterinary care, medicine, and a clean, safe place to live. We also have additional costs like special dietary needs, flea treatments, and basic supplies such as cleaning products. While the Town Hall provides some financial support, we depend heavily on the generosity of people like you to continue this work.
There are many ways to help—from donating or volunteering to partnering with us as a business. Every act of support helps us give these animals the care they need while they wait for their forever homes.

Our dogs need daily walks — and your time makes all the difference.
Whether you're local or just visiting Jávea, we welcome volunteers to help walk our dogs through the surrounding orange groves.
