Rocky was brought to us in 2017 after his owner could no longer care for him. Since then, he’s spent more than 6 years waiting patiently for a second chance. Now in his senior years, he still has a lot of energy, a sharp mind, and a heart full of love for the people he trusts.

He walks well on the lead, enjoys walks, and responds well to training thanks to his intelligence. Rocky does best as the only pet in the home — he prefers to have his space and would thrive in a quiet environment with a steady routine.

As a senior, Rocky is part of our Foster Program, meaning all veterinary expenses are covered if he visits APASA’s designated vet.
