Ruben is a wonderfully affectionate boy who has made great progress during his time at APASA. While he can sometimes become a little excited when other dogs pass by his kennel, outside on walks he is much more relaxed and easygoing. He regularly walks calmly with volunteers and has shown how gentle and manageable he can be.

Ruben currently shares well with female dogs, but he is not a dog who needs lots of canine company to feel happy - his heart is really with people.
